Wedding Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your wedding date.
This booking fee acts as a security retainer for the date and is not deducted from the final balance.
Bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

Quotations
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry, including the number of people requiring styling and the location of the venue.
Any changes may result in the quote being adjusted.

Trials
Bridal hair trials are recommended and are arranged at a mutually convenient time before the wedding day.
Payment for the trial is due on the day of the trial and can be paid via cash or bank transfer.

Final Balance
The final invoice must be paid one week prior to the wedding date via bank transfer, or cash on the wedding day if previously agreed.
Failure to pay the balance may result in the booking being cancelled.

Amendments
Any amendments to the booking (such as reducing the number of people requiring styling) must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Changes made after this time may still be charged at the full quoted amount.

Travel Costs
Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile and includes the round trip to and from the venue/location.
Any parking charges must also be covered by the client.

Cancellations
If the booking is cancelled by the client, the £50 booking fee is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs close to the wedding date, the full balance may still be payable depending on notice given.

Timings on the Wedding Day
A schedule will be discussed before the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. It is important that all members of the bridal party are ready at their allocated time to avoid delays.

Photography & Social Media
Hair by Lauren Cook may take photographs of hairstyles on the wedding day or trial for use on social media and promotional materials. If you would prefer images not to be used, please advise in advance.
